KONALA
Pavan Konala is a filmmaker, hails from a costal city in Andhra Pradesh, Visakhapatnam. He holds a Masters Degree in film from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.
His previous work, Tarapo a documentary about the personal life and struggles of a fisherman who saved more than hundred people from drowning in the Sabarmati river front, has won the Best Director, Best Editor and Best Cinematographer award at the Darbangha International Festival and also has been front runner in many national level festivals.The film also travelled internationally, premiering in PIFF,pakistan and in Bali.
In 2020 he worked as an Associate for the Telugu Film RAJA RAJA CHORA.
